Membership in the Alabama Dental Association and the American Dental Association occurs simultaneously with membership in the local District Dental Society. The Eighth District includes the following counties: Madison, Colbert, Cullman, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Morgan and Winston. However, all dental professionals are welcome to attend meetings.
Meetings are held quarterly and are announced via a mailed brochure, here on the website, and on our Facebook page. Meetings are typically held as follows:
March: Turtlepoint Country Club in Killen, AL
June: Joint Conference with the Gulf Coast Dental Society in Perdido Beach, FL
August: Joe Wheeler Resort in Rogersville, AL
November: Sheraton Hotel at the Huntsville Airport in Huntsville, AL
